Healthy Colon Cleanse – Be Good to Your Body
A healthy colon generally means a healthy happy body. What is in your colon is a result of what your digestive system has not needed or wanted from all the food you have put into your mouth. When you eat a lot of non-nutritious food this causes bulk in your colon and can create a mucus like coating, even a blockage. This inhibits the work of the body in completing the elimination of your body’s garbage.
For most of us, we make our digestive system work too hard. Societies that use olive oil (Italians for example) in the preparation of their food have lower bad cholesterol and therefore and lower incidence of coronary heart disease.
Drink lots of water. Water helps flush the toxins out of your body. Exercise your body – 30-60 minutes three times week also helps your body to work more efficiently and get toxins out of your muscles into the elimination system.
